Novatel Account & Sales Manager Role

Novatel Communications Ltd. is delighted to announce we are expanding our successful sales and account management team. We are seeking a qualified sales representative to help sell the products and services that our customers rely on. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. The sales representative must be both personable and professional.


  • DOE base salary + Commissions
  • 20 days annual leave plus public holidays.
  • Company mobile and laptop provided.
  • Remote working flexibility.
  • Commissions paid on both inbound and outbound sales
  • All business-related travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with revenue guidelines.

Objectives of the Role:

  • Maintain superior knowledge of products and services at all times.
  • Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs as required.
  • Contribute to the team’s sales goals and accomplish related results as needed.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call logs and/or reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses and monthly expenses.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops as & when required, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies when appropriate.
  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organising daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
  • Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
  • Three or more years of sales cycle experience within a similar industry
  • Ambitious and consistently able to apply newly learned, and sometimes complex knowledge
  • Professional communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills
  • Prior experience in establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients as well as internal teams
  • Coachable and focused on personal development to learn new skills that will give you the skills to excel in your position
