The Tenda PH6 is yet another passthrough powerline adapter kit, capable of gigabit networking that enables you to quickly extend your current network via ethernet connection via powerline.
PH6 utilises the latest technology in Homeplug AV2 system, which makes use of your existing electrical circuitry as ethernet network. It is capable of delivering a speed of up to 1000Mbps.
It has an integrated power socket so you can still use the plug for connecting other electrical appliance/devices - no power socket wasted. Socket is capable of 16A current and can supply power to TV, game console or desktop computer. The built-in noise isolation fillter, helps in reducing interferences from the electrical appliance plugged to the PH6’s power socket.
You can use this device in combination with either of the following (extending home WiFi coverage):
- Tenda Nova MW3
- Tenda Nova MW5
- Tenda Nova MW6
Difference Between PH6 and PH3
Not much of a difference, the main difference between the two model is that, PH6 do have a power input on to it, while the PH3 doesn’t. With the PH6, you can plug another device to it to power any appliance or electrical/electronic devices.
